Brittany F. Palmer, MBA
Co-Founder
Brittany has spent the first fifteen years of her career launching startups and growing small businesses. She kicked it all off at a Healthcare IT firm based out of DC in their Marketing department after obtaining her B.A. in Mass Communications. From there, she was part of the launch team for a startup focused on Marketing & Proposal services for government contractors.
This led her to join another startup in the St. Louis area, an Engineering company focused on the Federal market, where she pioneered the Marketing & Proposal arm of the company, winning approx. $85M in contract value over the course of two years. It was here that Brittany decided to take on new challenges in the world of Business- she obtained her MBA with a focus in Human Resource Management, and managed the firm’s Corporate Operations through its rapid growth period. Then, with a team of Advisors & Investors, she launched an Environmental Consulting services firm- where she still serves as a Managing Member.
Not mentioned above are the many firms, joint ventures, and NPOs that Brittany has successfully launched, established, obtained certifications for, and operationally supported.
Nicole M. Orzel
Co-Founder
Nicole’s passion for business started many years before obtaining her B.S. in Business Administration and starting her professional career. Growing up immersed in her family’s small business, she developed a deep understanding of and passion for entrepreneurship from a young age. At just eight, she was already busy crafting mock companies in her family basement- understanding early on that small business growth is a result of hard work, nurturing customer relationships, and adapting to the ever-changing business environment.
Nicole’s professional career kicked off in the Finance Department of an Engineering startup in St. Louis. After developing her skills for five years, she was able to expand her professional experience into the world of Business Operations. This led her to join another start up, an Environmental Consulting services firm, where she managed the firm’s Corporate arm.
Caroline A. Ormeo
Creative Director
Caroline Ormeo is a dynamic and versatile graphic designer based in Jacksonville, Florida, with extensive experience in project management, content development, and systematic organization. Caroline's creative journey began in childhood, with a passion for writing, illustrating, and designing from a young age. Inspired by Jacksonville's vibrant creative community, she continuously draws on her surroundings to fuel her innovative designs. With a particular passion for fashion, she keeps a close watch on industry trends to keep her creativity fresh and vibrant.
Caroline has excelled as Communications & Experience Director at Elevate Life Inc., where she led marketing campaigns and managed multi-platform communications. As a self-contracted graphic designer since 2018, Caroline has created high-quality print advertisements, email marketing campaigns, and packaging for various clients. Her skills include copywriting, social media marketing, campaign planning, project management, event planning, digital content development, email marketing, presentation development, and graphic design.
